Do you know your numbers?
November is here and that means the end-of-the-year rush is finally upon us. Many of us are excited about the upcoming holidays and all the fun that winter can bring. It‘s also important to get excited about next year, our businesses and how BIG we all want to grow in 2018!
There are many things you can do right now to ensure your upcoming 2018 business year is one of the best yet - but what's the secret? Well, I’ll tell you, one of the most basic, but most IMPORTANT things you can do to help kick off 2018 in the right direction is: know your numbers.
How many leads did you have in 2017? What are your sales conversion for the year or current margins? If I were to ask you these questions right now, would you be able to answer them? Maybe a guess? From my experience, not likely, because as a business owner, I know you wear many hats from sales person to office janitor, but these questions are vital to your planning, marketing and finally… overall success.
